Esta será uma resenha bilíngue, já que eu li o livro (ARC) em inglês, e o recebi de Enn Bocci, a responsável pela publicidade da Editora Omnific Publishing e que ajuda Sylvian Reynard (da Série Gabriel) em seus lançamentos.

Preciso dizer, primeiramente para quem ler a resenha em inglês que talvez haja vários erros, não sou tão boa em tradução :(

O livro 'viaja' por três momentos temporais... primeiro em 1998, Chicago, quando Nicki já uma adulta, formada na faculdade, faz uma procura pelo Google para saber como está Adam Kincaid, seu amor da juventude, e o encontra em uma revista de fofocas. Depois a história retorna para 1992, em Bellaire, Texas, quando a história de amor entre Nicki e Adam se desenvolve. E termina com um breve encontro entre os dois em 2009, Washington, DC.
The book 'travels' for three different moments of time... firstly in 1998, Chicago, when Nicki as an adult, graduated in College, chasing on Google for to know how is Adam Kincaid, her love from High School, and meet him in a gossip magazine. After this the story returns to 1992, in Bellaire, Texas, when the Adam & Nicki's Love Story began. Finally a brief encouter between both in 2009, Washington, DC.

A maior parte do livro é a parte sobre a história de amor, em 1992, de Nicki e Adam. Nicole Jonhson e Adam Kincaid são dois jovens, no último ano do High School e que tem amigos em comum. Adam é um inglês que está passando um ano em Bellaire, Texas, junto de sua família. Nicki acabou de sofrer um acidente de carro, e ainda está se recuperando tanto do trauma físico quanto do emocional, pois ela perdeu sua única irmã, Lauren, no acidente.
Most of the book is about the Love Story, in 1992, of Nicki and Adam. Nicole Johnson and Adam Kincaid are two young people in the High School last year, they have friends in common. Adam is a British boy who is living for a year in Bellaire, Texas, with his family. Nicki just went through a car accident, and is still recovering from the trauma, physical and emotional, cause she lost her little sister, Lauren, on accident.

Adam acaba se tornando amigo de Nicki, e mesmo que ele namore uma das líderes de torcida, daquelas 'metidas a lindas' e que se acham as melhores... eles vão se aproximando, e se tornando amigos, até que enfim ficam juntos, como namorados, mas Adam tem sua estada nos EUA contada... e eles vivem intensamente o amor, até que chega abril e eles tem que pensar na separação.
Adam eventually becomes Nicki's friend, and even he date a cheerleader, those 'tucked the beautiful' and who thinking they are 'the best' ... they (Adam & Nicki) will approaching and becoming friends, finally get together as lovers, but Adam has his stay in the U.S. with limited days ... they live and love intensely, until April arrives and they have to think about the separation.

Muito bonito o amor e a amizade profunda de Nicki e Adam, um livro sobre o relacionamento e as emoções de dois jovens... o livro vai continuar... já estou ansiosa para ver o reencontro, dos dois, agora como adultos.
Pretty much love and deep friendship of Nicki and Adam, a book about the relationship and the emotions of two young ... the book will continue ... I'm anxious to see the reunion of the two, now as adults.
